Do you offer a volume discount for large fleets?
Yes. Special discount rates are available for fleets with a larger number of vehicles.
What about support and training?
We offer support and training to all of our customers. Support is available by email and phone. In-person support or training is available at an additional cost.
What if I have inactive vehicles in my fleet?
DispatchBot only charges based on the number of active vehicles in service. If you take a vehicle out of service, you will not be charged for that vehicle for that month. Simply add it back into service when you are ready to start using it again.
